Pay Scale:
RFCL provides a competitive salary structure aligned with the 2017 IDA scales. The estimated cost to company (CTC) ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹2,60,000, depending on the designation within various departments. This package includes basic pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), housing rent allowance or company accommodation, and additional benefits such as leave entitlements, medical facilities, provident fund contributions, and gratuity.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for applicants is set between 30 to 55 years, with specific relaxations applicable to certain categories. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) are granted an extension of 5 years beyond the upper age limit. Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) (OBC-NCL) receive a 3-year age relaxation.Persons with disabilities (PwBD) are allowed a 10-year extension.
