SBI Job Notification 2025 – The State Bank of India (SBI) is conducting the recruitment process for Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) to recruit clerical cadre positions throughout India their extensive branch network. Roles and Responsibilities of this post is engaging with customers, managing transactions as cashiers or depositors, and assisting with daily banking functions.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit : Applicants must be aged between 20 and 28 years as of the date indicated in the notification. Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories (such as SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-servicemen) as per government norms.
Educational Qualification : A graduation degree in any discipline from an accredited university is required. Ex-servicemen with 15 years of service and relevant certificates (such as the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education) are also qualified.
Local Language Proficiency : It is essential to possess proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the local language of the state or Union Territory for which you are applying. Should you be unable to demonstrate this proficiency via your 10th or 12th-grade mark sheet, you will be required to undertake a Language Proficiency Test (LPT) subsequent to successfully passing the Mains examination.
Salary
Initial Salary : Approximately ₹46,000 monthly, which includes a basic salary of ₹26,730 (this figure accounts for two advance increments for graduates). The salary range advances from ₹24,050 to ₹64,480.
Probation Duration : 6 months, subject to extension if performance fails to meet expectations.

Step by Step Application Procedure

- Read Notification: Check eligibility (20–28 years, graduate, local language proficiency) and note the ₹750 fee (exempt for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen).
- Click “Apply Online”: Access the application portal via the notification link.
- Register: Enter name, mobile, email to get a Registration Number and Password.
- Fill Form: Log in and enter personal, educational, and state preference details. Choose one state only.
