NHPC Non Executive Eligibility Criteria:
Educational qualifications vary depending on the position.
- Junior Engineer role candidates must possess a Diploma in Engineering in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics and Communication from an accredited institution.
- Senior Accountant position requires an Intermediate qualification in Chartered Accountancy or Cost Management Accounting.
- Assistant Rajbhasha Officer role should hold a Master’s Degree in Hindi, with English as a subject at the undergraduate level, or the reverse.
- Hindi Translator position mandates a Master’s Degree in either Hindi or English, along with relevant subjects.
- Supervisor (IT) role, candidates should refer to the official notification for specific qualification requirements.
Age Limit:
The age limits for applicants as of October 1, 2025, are as follows for General and EWS categories, candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old, meaning they should have been born between October 2, 1995, and October 1, 2007. Those in the OBC category can be aged 18 to 33 years, with birth dates ranging from October 2, 1992, to October 1, 2007. For SC/ST candidates, the age range is 18 to 35 years, applicable to individuals born between October 2, 1990, and October 1, 2007. It is important to note that age relaxations are available in accordance with government regulations.

- Hindi Translator: ₹27,000 – ₹1,05,000.
