Post Details:
The position available is for an Officer in Sales and Client Acquisition (Scale I), primarily located outside of Kerala, with assignments throughout India based on administrative requirements.
Eligibility:
To be eligible candidates must hold a postgraduate degree from an accredited university, with a minimum aggregate score of 60% across Class X, Class XII, Diploma, Graduation, and Post-Graduation. The undergraduate program should span three years while the postgraduate program should last two years leading to the attainment of a Master’s degree.

Age (as on 01.10.2025):
The age criteria as of October 1, 2025, stipulate that candidates must be a maximum of 27 years old, meaning they should be born on or after October 1, 1998. Those with one year of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector may be up to 28 years old, which applies to individuals born on or after October 1, 1997. Additionally, candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories can be up to 32 years old, with the requirement that they were born on or after October 1, 1993.
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of a Centre Based Online Aptitude Test scheduled for 16th November 2025, followed by a virtual Group Discussion and a Personal Interview. Each stage of the process is eliminatory, meaning candidates must successfully pass each round to advance.
Aptitude Test Details:
100 questions, 100 marks, 75 minutes across 6 sections (Verbal Ability, Logical Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, General Awareness, Computer Awareness, Sales Aptitude); 1 mark per correct answer, -0.25 for wrong answers, followed by a 15-minute Psychometric Questionnaire.
Pay Scale:
The current starting Basic Pay for Officers in Scale I is ₹48,480, with a pay scale ranging from ₹48,480 to ₹85,920, inclusive of various increments. Selected candidates will also receive additional benefits such as Dearness Allowance, Lease Rental or House Rent Allowance, City Conveyance Allowance, Medical benefits, and other allowances as per prevailing regulations. The total cost to the company annually is estimated to be between ₹12.84 lakh and ₹17 lakh, influenced by the location of posting and other considerations. The approximate Take Home Pay is around ₹84,500 per month, excluding mandatory deductions like Income Tax, Profession Tax, and NPS.
Probation & Service Agreement:
Candidates appointed to the position of Officer – Sales & Client Acquisition will undergo a probationary period lasting two years.

Test Venues:
The Bank proposes to conduct the Centre Based Online Aptitude Test at the following centres in each State/UT/ Multiple centers across India (e.g., Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guwahati, Chennai, etc.), subject to change.
