Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
Entrance Test Exemption:
Candidates who have qualified in UGC/CSIR-JRF/NET/SLET/SET or hold an M.Phil. degree in the relevant subject are exempt from the entrance test but must appear for an interview.
Ph.D Seats :
Availability of Seats for Ph.D. Programme.The right to increase or decrease the number of seats is reserved with the University.
Additional Requirements:
Shortlisted candidates must attend an interview in their respective department. The final selection is based on the combined performance in the entrance test and the interview.

Admission Process:
- Admission to the Ph.D. program is through a Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted by BRAOU, followed by an interview.
- The entrance test is held only in Hyderabad, with the date to be announced on the university’s official website.
- A candidate should have passed JRF / UGC-NET/CSIR-NET / SET /SLET/ M.Phil exempted from the entrance test must still register online and appear for the interview.
