Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For the position of Manager – Sales (Retail Liabilities), candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, with preference given to those holding an MBA or PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Banking. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in selling liability products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, or other banking products.
- For the role of Agriculture Marketing Officer (Rural & Agri Banking), candidates should have a 4-year degree or a postgraduate degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, or related fields from a recognized university. They must also have at least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing of agricultural products or services.
- For the position of Agriculture Marketing Manager (Rural & Agri Banking), candidates must have a 4-year degree or a postgraduate degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, or related fields from a recognized university. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing of agricultural products or services.

The hiring process has the following steps:
- Online Test – Multiple-choice questions on:

- Time: About 2–2.5 hours
- Wrong answers will have a small penalty (0.25 marks deducted each).

- Group Discussion (GD) – You’ll discuss a given topic with other candidates to test your communication, teamwork, and leadership.

Final Selection – Based on your combined performance in the online test, GD, and interview. The psychometric test is only for qualification, not for marks.
