Educaitonal Qualification:
General Requirement : Full-time Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university (Master’s required for some IT roles), completed by 27 September 2025.
Architecture : Bachelor’s in Architecture + registered with the Council of Architecture.
Civil Engineering : Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology.
Electrical Engineering : Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
Electronics : Bachelor’s in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical with Electronics specialization.
Information Technology (IT) :Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or Electronics or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
GATE Score :
You must have a valid score from GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in the matching paper:

Age:
Maximum age: 27 years as on September 27, 2025 (born on or after September 28, 1998, and on or before September 27, 2007).
Relaxation:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation (maximum age 30 years).
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation (maximum age 32 years).
- PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disability): 10 years relaxation (extra if you also belong to SC/ST/OBC).
- Ex-Servicemen: As per government rules.
- Current AAI employees: Up to 10 years relaxation.
Examination Fee:
- General, OBC, EWS (Male): ₹.300 (non-refundable).
- SC, ST, PwBD, Female candidates: No fee.
- AAI apprentices (completed 1 year): No fee.
Selection Procedure:
- AAI will not conduct any separate exam or interview. Selection will be based on your GATE normalized score, giving equal weight to scores from 2023, 2024, and 2025.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification, where you must bring originals like your GATE scorecard, degree, ID proof, and caste certificate (if applicable).
- The final merit list will be prepared based on the GATE score after verification. If your documents are not valid or complete, your application will be rejected.

Salary:
₹.40,000 to ₹.1,40,000 per month (E-1 level) + allowances like DA, HRA, perks (35% of basic), CPF, gratuity, medical benefits.
Steps to Apply for AAI Junior Executives (Advt. No. 09/2025/CHQ):
- Visit AAI Website: Go to Official Website, click “Careers”, and find “Advt. No. 09/2025/CHQ” (available from August 28, 2025).
- Register: Click “Apply Online”, select “New Registration”, enter name, email, mobile, and create a password. Note down the Application ID.
- Fill Form: Log in with ID and password. Enter personal details, education, GATE 2023/2024/2025 score, and choose discipline (e.g., Civil, Electronics).
- Upload Documents: Upload photo, signature, GATE scorecard, degree, and caste/PwBD certificate (if needed). Ensure correct file sizes (photo: 20-50 KB, others: up to 1 MB).
- Pay Fee: Pay ₹300 (General/OBC/EWS males) online via card/net banking. Free for SC/ST/PwBD/Female/AAI Apprentices.
- Submit: Check all details, click “Final Submit”, and download the application form and payment receipt.
- Track Updates: Check AAI website for shortlist and document verification dates.
